Lake Martin remodel – India Davis Team- Chad Sterns Builder
You can see the entire project here Lake Martin – 46 Scenic View Remodel. This was one of the coolest little spot with some of the biggest potential. The view is really large and panoramic from the house and yard, and they took advantage of all of it. The covered deck is a great space to spend lots of time on enjoying the view and being outside be it grilling out or just enjoying the weather. Chad put wood ceilings in to give it that rustic feel, with sliding barn doors entering the master bedroom. The house got all new windows and doors. The cabinets we replaced and so were all the counter tops both kitchen and all the baths. I particularly love the large french farm sink they used in the kitchen. The house got a complete once over and turned into an amazing Lake House in the truest sense. Job well done.
